Yes pad is black but may be black if you put against damp cloth but I think it helps me sleep will use them and see how I get on but I do think they help me sleep just used 5 days so far but hope they do please ask others what they think give 4 stars for now but like to see what others say

I have been using the patches and I see a differents in my mood and energy.

Not sure these go what they say as I’ve since found out that apple cider vinegar will cause the patch to go black when heated !!

Arrived on time they seem to work as in the pads are black in the morning. But I think that's just the stuff inside that's black. Because surely the amount of stuff drawn out would be less and less every day which it's not. They smell like an old ashtray in the morning as well and no not smoker
