I received the tray very well packed I was very very upset. The stem was broken. I don’t know how to recover it but I’m going to give it a go but packaging 10 out of 10.

The delivery driver threw the plant over our gate. On opening it was smashed. Gutted I didn’t take a photo but was too busy trying to save it !!!!! Not sure if it’s viable. From an experienced gardener. Absolute rubbish. Don’t buy

Absolute joke. It’s a jumbo plug shoved in a pot of compost with other roots in it. Not a rooted tree, barely any roots, maybe 2 inches at best. I’ll be amazed if it survives. Could have fit in a 3cm pot. Misleading.
