Poor condition citrus Mandarin tree. Appears to be stifled. Yellow malnourished leaves.Opened package on delivery, which was undamaged to be greeted with a box full of fallen leaves. Like 50% of the leaves sick tree. I’ve contacted customer service and not received any response.
