Sadly these are unusable.
The weights are great, but the strapping is inadequate for the weight total. Meant on wrist or ankle you can't fasten the weights to effectively move. Let alone walk, do resp or any exercise.. plus they are dirty.
I will seek a refund.

They came with marks on them, like mould, u cleaned it up but still not nice. However postal was quick, and I’m looking forward to using them.
