Takes a min to figure out. You have to slowly put the magnetic power bank onto the phone to charge it. Not just slapping it on. I have an S24 Galaxy with a mag safe case.
Works well holds very good onto my phone and the charging speed is good for when I'm out and about

The battery does not work as shown in advertising, its magnetism is minimal and it does not support the telephone, it works as a conventional battery about magnetism is not true.
