Just been opened as a birthday present and the whole body of the charger is cracked and unusable, it's sad as I did order 2 one was perfectly fine and the one I gifted is broken.

I been using the powerbank for a while now, and at first its very good but after 2-3 weeks it stops charging the phone. I been using the same iphone wire since i got the powerbank and it does not charge anymore but the wire still works with everything else

I love this power bank. The only way it will stay on if you have this case

I tried it and the magnets were too weak and wasn’t 22.5W charging (15W maximum output) it could barely charge and had no choice but refund don’t buy this product.

This is not what it’s saying its not true it don’t even charge the phone 50%

This product stoped working after one use and it is not easy to connect to the phone. Very disappointing

Terrible. Overheating and making my phone overheat. Did not fast charge. Used up 65% of the battery just to charge my phone 15%

Power bank is slow to charge takes up to 24 hours to fully charge. Once at 100% product will charge phone till the power bank is showing between 65 and 70% then switches of. This will charge the phone about 15-20%. Unable to return product as the return window was closed early.

Absolutely awful product. Bought 2 for Xmas, for different phones, doesn't stick to either! Complete waste of money. I should have returned but forgot with it being the Xmas and New Year period.

I charged it up and it's not magnetic. I wouldn't recommend

Not impressed at all. Firstly it’s not a 22.5W it’s a 15W output.. and secondly it’s not wireless when I’m having to use wires to charge it because the magnets are too weak to connect to my phone..

Looks nice but doesn't work. Charged phone first time however when charging the wireless power bank - it doesn't charge. Stuck on 6% Tried different wires
