I've lived with anxiety for a long time, sometimes being able to hold something solid can help when your triggered. I came up with these bears as they are discreet, they can fit in your pocket so no one knows but squeezing it in your hand or rubbing it can help keep you grounded. Each bear is unique and comes with the following message "Sometimes we all need a little courage. Rub my belly when you need a little help and ill lend you my courage" these bears make great gifts. Please note that as all of pieces are unique and one of a kind, the item you will receive may have a slight difference than the one in the photos. ** UPDATE*** 1 order is 1 bear I show 2 bears in pictures so you can see what they look like with and without keyrings*** CARE INSTRUCTIONS – I use a resin that is heat resistant to 90 degrees and is food safe, however my resin is not dishwasher safe. I would advise to keep all resin items out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods as the piece can lose it vibrance and could become bendy. Wipe with a damp cloth the clean.
