We get our Pineapples from Kenya or Costa Rica. They have the sweetest, fruitiest pineapples around, and you can taste it through the puree and into your cocktails. Superb for cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, shakes and much more. ODK purees go a long way, and last 3 months once opened. You don't need a lot of puree to flavour your drinks and you'll have almost zero wastage. The puree suspends very well in cocktails, so you're guaranteed to get a great tasting drink all the way until the last sip.
