How to add water?
1. Fill clean water into the measurement cup up to the marking no more than 350ML.
2. Fill in the water into the boiler with the funnel without exceeding 350ML of water.
3. Plug the safety cap firmly by clockwise rotating.
Why can't the steam keep the high temperature all the time?
The steam dissipates heat very quickly, so we recommend that you always keep the power on during use.
Do I have to pull the plug when I open the lid to change the water?
Yes, open the lid and change the water, you must unplug the power first, or you will burn yourself if you add water.
Why does it leak when I use steam cleaner?
