We offer a choice of 5 pens, our personalised motivational pens can be bought in singles or as a pack. We also offer you the change to create your own design, please order the blank pen and add your details to the personalisation box.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose the design you require
2. Choose the number of bamboo pens you would like to order from the quantity box.
3. In the personalisation box enter the text you would like on your pen (up to 40 characters and on one line only). If you buy more than one pen and would like different text on each pen please make this clear in the personalisation box.
The font style will be in the style as seen in the images. If you would like a specific font please send a message before placing your order with details of the same.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
The current processing time for personalised items is 1-3 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday). Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second-Class and will typically be delivered in 1-2 business days (in the UK). However, please account for busy periods. If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days from the dispatch date we will be happy to send you a replacement. We are not responsible for any Royal Mail delays, nor are we responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Therefore, please double check your shipping information when placing your order.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges as your purchase is made to order. If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days of your order being received and we will do our best to assist.
