Delivery & Collection
To the UK we offer free standard delivery on all orders, there is no minimum spend. Express Next Day delivery is free for all orders over £100. For orders under £100, express Next Day delivery is available for £4.99. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. We aim to dispatch orders that are placed before 2PM the same day, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders that are placed after 2PM will be dispatched the next working day. Free collection can be made from our Leicester and Kettering Branch. Phone orders can be collected the same day if ordered before 2PM, please call the Branch you would like to collect from to place your order. Items showing as out of stock may still be available to collect in-store please call our stores to check availability. Click & Collect Orders can be collected Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM 2 hours after the order has been placed. Our stores are open Saturday 9:00AM - 2:30PM however we may not have Click & Collect orders ready for collection.
