If you need dental treatment, are undergoing dental treatment, or have discolored teeth due to medication, ask your dentist if whitening is necessary.

Whitening strips will not whiten crowns, veneers, fillings, or dentures.

Avoid contact of gel with cloth, leather, or fabric. Store in a cool place.

Directions

After drying your teeth, make sure there is no debris on your teeth.

Remove the whitening strip from its packaging.

Place the gel side of the whitening strip on your teeth, making sure to evenly cover your teeth.

Align the straight edge of the whitening strip with your gum line.

Press the gel strip gently onto your teeth with your fingertips for 2-3 seconds until each tooth is covered with the whitening strip.

Fold the whitening strip over your teeth and press gently with your fingers again for 2-3 seconds until the gel strip is fixed to the back of your teeth.
