Safety Guidelines 1. Use as grill mats
- DO NOT place directly on charcoal, lay the mat over the grill grates 13cm - 18cm from the burners.
- Brush a layer of oil on the grill mat before placing food on it to ensure even heating.
- Do NOT let grease accumulate due to risk of grease fire.
- Avoid scratching the mat with sharp or metal tools.
2. Use as liners for oven
- In all Gas Oven's, mat need to be placed on the lowest rack (NOT OVEN BOTTOM).
- Gas Oven's must be trimmed to ensure vents are not covered by the Liner.
