Product description
From the manufacturerInteractive Solitary Bee Hive
Our original design Solitary Bee Hive made even better and even more interactive with an opening roof/lid and trays that can be separated for inspection. A great habitat to encourage and monitor these fascinating pollinating bees.
Trays may be periodically separated to inspect the development of egg cells and the bee larvae. If located correctly, some or all of the holes may be filled by commonly mason bees and leafcutter bees.
Main roof hinges from the side to expose a perspex covered tray. This allows frequent inspection without disturbing the nesting bees.
In addition to the hinged roof, the trays may be periodically separated to inspect bee activity.
