Tablets are big but have an orange taste to them which was a pleasant surprise..easy to swallow..price good..only been taking a week so I’ll let you know.. would recommend

These have got an unusual taste, not too sure if they are making any difference yet as I've only been taking them a week. Packaging is great, it's a capsule size tablet. I find them a bit tricky to swallow

•HIGH STRENGTH & MULTI-FUNCTIONAL VITAMIN C + ZINC - Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of a normal immune system. It also helps in collagen formation for the normal function of bones, skin, teeth, and gums. •MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE OF ZINC – The formula contains 15mg of Zinc per serving which is provides the UK maximum recommended daily intake of Zinc. Zinc is an essential mineral which contribute to the normal function of the immune system as well as the protection of cells from oxidative stress and is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
•BOOSTED WITH ROSEHIP EXTRACT – Rosehips are a naturally rich source of polyphenols, anthocyanidins and vitamin C. And Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of cartilage (the connective tissue that protects the bones at the joint), gums, maintains skin health and blood vessels as well as the normal function of the immune system.
