Why is the zip upside down on my beanbag?
The zip is installed upside down (for safety) so this step can be a little fiddly but this helps prevent little fingers from getting in and emptying beans everywhere!
How do I keep the shape in my beanbag?
It is quite natural with use that after time the polystyrene beads will begin to compress. Sometimes a simple 'shake' of your beanbag will help. If a top-up is required, these are available to purchase from our brand store homepage
Is the Snuggle Chair machine washable?
Yes, our Kids Snuggle Chairs can be machine-washed at 30 degrees. Just follow our easy washing instructions to remove the cover & wash!
How do I know this bean bag is safe for my child?
We take safety very seriously at rucomfy and our beanbag is tested to comply fully with the child seating standards EN 17191:2001 to ensure our beanbags are as safe as possible for your little ones!
Are my products made to British Standards?
All of our beanbag products and fillings fully conform to British Safety Standards (BS5852) for cigarette & match resistance and are made using fire retardant (FR) materials, including the inners and the polystyrene fillings.
