Heriot Hott’s original Super Hot Sriracha recipe, this sauce uses an insane amount of scotch bonnets and dried Carolina Reaper chillis, known for their long and slow burn. Extra Spicy = Extra Nicey!
We've also doubled up the amount of red miso, and added a bit more sugar and fermented garlic, so it's as equally tasty as it is spicy!
We’ve given this a conservative heat rating of 15/10 because it’s heckin’ hott! So Buckle up, you’re in for one hell of a ride!
