Crema Novi – Novi Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread is a premium Italian spread made with 45% carefully selected Italian hazelnuts, giving it an intense, nutty flavour and a smooth, spreadable texture without added palm oils or hydrogenated fats. Unlike many industrial spreads, the richness of Crema Novi comes directly from its simple, high-quality ingredients: hazelnuts, cocoa, milk powder, and cocoa butter.
Crafted in Novi Ligure by Elah-Dufour S.p.A., Crema Novi follows a century-old tradition of Italian chocolate making. The spread is rich in heart-healthy unsaturated fats, especially oleic acid, the same beneficial fat found in extra virgin olive oil. This makes it not only indulgent but also a smarter choice as part of a balanced diet.
Crema Novi contains no gluten and is made without artificial additives or emulsifiers. Thanks to its high nut content and minimal processing, it delivers a deep hazelnut aroma and real chocolate flavour in every spoonful. It’s perfect for spreading on warm bread, baking into desserts, or adding a gourmet touch to your breakfast.
Please note: At lower temperatures, natural cocoa butter crystals may form. To restore the spread’s original texture, place the jar at 25°C for a few hours.
