I still have not received what I ordered, firstly the sent the wrong t-shirt, which was ment to be a birthday present for a friend going to a concert. Connected “customer service” and they said they would the correct t-shirt at no extra cost and I am still waiting 3weeks later, I have not been provided with any order number or tracking number and I now cannot seem to be able to contact customer service as apparently saying I haven’t received my replacement t-shirt and asking for a tracking number is against TikTok’s guidelines 🤦♀️.
