Thelma's Caerffili (180g) - A crumbly cow's milk cheese with a distinctive delicate lemony flavour. Its natural mould rind is mottled grey-white in colour and has an earthy, mineral flavour. PGI cheese.

Perl Las wedge (150g) - Probably our best known cheese. Perl Las is a superb blue cheese, golden in colour, with a creamy, gently salty taste that grows stronger with maturity. The wedges are cut from the large wheels of Perl Las and retain their crumbly texture and taste.

Per Las mini (200g) - A soft blue cheese, golden in colour, with a creamy, gently salty taste that grows stronger with maturity.

Perl Wen mini (200g) - A unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. We use our farmhouse Caerffili recipe as a starting point for Perl Wen which gives its soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.

Cenarth Brie mini (200g) - Our Cenarth Brie has well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white exterior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre. The flavour of the Brie is soothing and mellow and has a suggestion of nuttiness with subtle tones of fresh mushrooms and butter extending into a creamy and smooth finish.

Golden Cenarth mini (200g) - A rind washed semi-soft cheese, washed in cider to produce quite a mild taste when young, but developing a stronger pungency with maturity. Golden Cenarth cheese has a nutty flavour and a unique savouriness. This semi-soft organic cheese comes ready to eat, but if you prefer things a little gooier, pop it in the oven and bake it for 20 mins at 200°C.

Cheddar with Chilli & Tomato (200g) - Our creamy, smooth, organic cheddar style cheese with sundried tomato and a hint of chilli, melts beautifully when warm, making it perfect for lifting all sorts of cheesy recipes. Try a slice melted on a good burger!

Caerffili-style Smoked Ffili (200g) - Our light, crumbly Caerffili Cheese with a good smoky flavour. Certain to satisfy lovers of Smoked Cheese.

Cheddar with Balsamic Onion (200g) - Smooth, creamy Organic Cheddar with a deliciously savoury sweet flavour of real balsamic onions. A tasty addition to any cheese board.

Cheddar with Leeks (200g) - Creamy mature cheddar blended with real leeks for a great, savoury, classic cheese and onion flavour resulting in a cheese which is delicious both as part of a cheese board or in cooking.

Cheddar with Brandy & Apricot (200g) - Our mature Welsh cheese flavoured with brandy and apricots. A rich, creamy texture followed by a sweet apricot flavour and finish with a distinct bang of Brandy. The perfect dessert cheese.

Ffili (200g) - Ffili is essentially a Caerffili style cheese which has a light and lemony taste with hints of sea salt.

Ffili with cranberries (200g) - Limited edition cheese with a light and lemon taste with a hint of cranberry.

Caws Cryf extra mature cheddar (200g) - A delicious, strong, mature cheese with creamy texture and lingering after taste. Is a great addition to any cheese board and ideal for adding big cheddar flavours to cooking.
