This Madagascan celestite geode features a broad, gently curved cavity packed with softly lustrous blue crystals. Several of the terminations are unusually smooth and wide-faced, giving the piece a clean, open aesthetic that’s quite distinct from more chaotic cluster formations. It has a naturally calming look — the kind of specimen that draws attention without needing to shout.
At 1107g, it’s a solid piece in the hand, with a compact form that displays easily from multiple angles. The matrix is pale grey and firm, giving a stable base, while the crystal coverage remains consistent across the front. The interior includes some larger, lightly frosted terminations that glow faintly under good lighting. Altogether, it’s a well-balanced, mid-sized celestite geode with excellent presence.
Celestite is traditionally associated with the third eye and crown chakras.
