•Why the gas lift up arms not going down, its stiff?Fully assemble the bed, securely tighten the piston and place the mattress on top of the base, which helps you to put the base down, as this is supposed to hold the mattress on its own and they are stiff without a mattress on top of the base.

•Do you offer replacement parts?Yes, just to make sure if we are running with same batch, we can offer you replacement parts for any damages or lost.

•Does it have The UK Fire Regulations (UKFR) Tag, is it UKFR compatible?Yes, all Modernique Brand Beds are UK Fire Regulations (UKFR) compatible, tested and tagged.

•Does it fit into my room?Please take measurement of your space and go through our bed sizes, where mattress size and actual bed sizes differs due to having extra headboard, footboard and side panels.

•Do offer sample swatches?Unfortunately NO! due to high demand we stopped offering swatches samples, but we do our best to provide photo or video from our showroom on request.

•Owing to the size and weight of the bed, we receommend that it is assembled by two adults, on a flat surface.
