Poor support from your team. Ordered an xl box it's more like a 20 pound order disappointed. Really false in what is promised and what people receive. And your customers service team are so rude. I'm not a clout chaser so I won't be showing the messages.

States worth £40. Mine at full price doesn’t even add up to £40! My box was worth £26.87 at current pricing. Would not recommend. I am still waiting for 2nd £20 box I ordered and really regretting ordereing the second one before seeing the content of this one.

I am very happy with the amount I received, I didn’t expect this much but WOW! It is so worth it. I would recommend ordering when they are live, so you get more products!

Order a £50 Mystery Bundle I would be lucky if it’s was even at 30 pound box shocking to make it worse delivered to wrong address and when old lady tried to correct he laughed
