Worked so much better than I thought and I find them comfortable to wear at night. Placed in hot water- They mould well with the shape of your teeth and gums. Placed in Cold water- kept the new shape and went hard (still flexible) I highly recommend especially if you grind your teeth at night.

Absolutely love this product it’s helped me so much with grinding I’m not longer causing damage to my teeth
