Regarding defects: Our products are all handmade and cannot meet mechanical or digital standards. It's inevitable that some products will have minor flaws. Some flowers are inserted by hand, so if they are squeezed during transport, some flowers may fall off, which is normal and not a quality issue. Please simply reinsert them into their original positions, and if necessary, use hot melt glue to stick them back together. If flowers are squeezed or deformed, use a hairdryer or hot steam to restore their shape. For some products with severe defects that cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them. Our store does not accept returns for individual products with issues; all products must be returned
Regarding delivery time: After the buyer successfully makes a payment, we will ship items in order according to the order sequence. The process from placing an order, to picking, reviewing, packaging, and delivery is quite complex. If ordering multiple types, there might be some products that are out of stock during online shipping and warehouse picking. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to discuss reshipment, waiting time, or returns. If the buyer orders a large quantity or multiple types, packing time may be longer and not all items can be shipped on the same day. In such cases, we will notify you via Wangwang and phone calls. About shipping methods and costs:
