This variety, El Dorado, is a real crowd pleaser, and recommended as a very well balanced cafetière or filter coffee. There’s a pleasing hint of citrus when enjoyed black, and lots of chocolatey notes when you add milk. A nutty flavour profile with hints of chocolate and red apple.
