Paid for 2 items on 5th June, paid £9.99 for "express shipping". Item was not sent. Multiple emails sent asking for shipping cost refund, and no reply at all. Full refund eventually requested. No reply. No items sent. No items received. Tried to give me a £5 refund!!! Yet no products been sent out!
