•In a food processor, blend peeled kiwis and the lemon juice.
•Put the kiwi blend in a mixing bowl and add the chia seeds. Leave in refrigerator for the chia seeds to soak (1-1.5 hours). Mix occasionally.
•When the chia seeds are completely swollen, remove from refrigerator and add other ingredients to the mixture. Mix well.
•You can add extra kiwi slices for decoration.
•Spray oil or use a baking sheet in a pyrex or cake tray and put the mixture in.
•Bake in 350°F for around 30 mins. Test with a toothpick.
•When done, allow for a cooling time.
