First time ordering and ordered from the live - no photo as opened products to see what they are. 3 products only, all light - when I ordered brown and medium. Really disappointed as will have to give all 3 products away. Why ask what colour range when you take no notice of it?

My item got picked on live to be packed, I wrote in the chat to have no brow products and I have brown hair. Package came and got 2 brow products that are basically black … disappointed that they don’t read the comments of customers.
