•LOUD ALARM: If dangerous levels of CO are detected in your home, the carbon monoxide detector will alert you with 4 loud chirps—85 dB(A) at 3 m (min)—and a flashing red ‘CO’ LED light.
•TEST BUTTON: Press the large test button to ensure your CO detector is working properly. A loud, high-pitched sound and the red LED flashing four times will verify that the alarm is functioning correctly. Test your device regularly (we recommend once a week).
•LOW BATTERY ALERT: A flashing amber '!' and an audible chirp will alert you when the batteries need replacing.
•SLEEP EASY FUNCTION: If the low battery alert sounds overnight and you are unable to immediately replace the batteries, press the large test button to silence the low battery alert. This activates the Sleep Easy mode on the carbon monoxide monitor, muting the low battery chirp for 8 hours while the amber light flashes. Replace the batteries ASAP.
•CRESCENDO TEST: This feature helps to protect your hearing by allowing you to choose the volume level of the test alarm.
•ALARM MEMORY: With the alarm memory function, a red LED will flash to let you know with a visual indication that there has been a previous CO alarm activation within the last 30 days. Ventilate and call a technician.
•REPLACEABLE BATTERIES: Each device is fitted with replaceable batteries.
