Printed in Cumbria, the Borrowdale artwork details a Herdwick ewe. The Herdwick is an ancient breed of sheep, synonymous with Lakeland’s fells. The name ‘Herdwick’ is derived from the Old Norse ‘herd vyk’ meaning ‘sheep pasture’.
This poster is printed using traditional four-colour lithographic methods.
