The product has been paired out at the factory.In case of pairing failure due to improper operation or other circumstances during use, it is necessary to restore and repair the device as follows:
Step 1.Connect TX to computer/TV box and RX to monitor.
Step 2.Connect TX and RX to a power source.
Step 3.After connecting TX and RX, TX flashes and RX stays on.
Step 4.Press and hold RX for more than 5 seconds, and "ready to pair" appears on the display.
Step 5.Press and hold TX for more than 5 seconds, TX turns off briefly and then flashes again, wait for 5-20 seconds.
Step 6."Paring" begins to appear on the screen, and a QR code appears (the "x" state will become "√" after a few seconds).
Step 7.Wait for 5-10 seconds before the screen starts sharing.Just set it once, and it will pair automatically next time.
TX and RX must be powered.Most USB ports on laptops/TVs/projectors can meet the power supply requirements.Our device is designed to be portable, so the cable is not very long.If there is a freeze or no picture, please try using a mobile phone charger (5V) and a data cable to power TX and RX.
•Why can’t the data cable be made longer?The device is portable, and ordinary laptops/computers can directly power TX, and common monitors and TVs can also power RX.If the device is not powered enough during use, use other cables instead and connect to a 5V/1A power supply.
•Why does the image appear to shake or disconnect?It may be that the computer/monitor cannot provide stable power to the device.Use a 5V/1A power supply to power the device.It may also be that there are other wireless devices nearby that are interfering.
•Is it compatible with all smartphones?Not all. This product is only compatible with mobile phones that support image output function.
