You will have to reach inside the jelly mass and free the key to progress. You hold hands in a long chain, and bravely volunteer to reach your hand in, your party hanging onto you in case you are pulled to far in.  You do start to be pulled in but thankfully, with a big heave from your group you are pulled out and soon work together to defeat the cube. What is left is a pile of jelly, and you see an opportunity! You mold the jelly into platform shoes.
