Palm kernel oil is an edible plant oil derived from the kernel of the oil palm Elaeis guineensis. It should not be confused with the other two edible oils derived from palm fruits: palm oil, extracted from the pulp of the oil palm fruit
It has a lot of uses and benefits, because it is edible it can be used as your substitute cooking oil.
To alleviate and/or prevent Stretch Marks in Pregnancy
This can be mixed with Shea butter, coconut oil and use as a body moisturiser to alleviate very dry skin.
It can also serve as a carrier oil for massages. I know of people who use it as a laxative alternative (please research before as it is very potent)
