The X8R pedal guard is made from 8mm thick anodised stainless steel.The design comprises of a base which clamps around the bottom of the pedals, then secured with a top bracket and shackless lock.
The lock cannot be penetrated by bolt cutters like a traditional padlock.When not in use, the pedal guard can easily be stored in a glovebox or storage compartment, unlike other more bulky pedal guards on the market.

When not in use, the pedal guard can easily be stored in a glovebox or storage compartment, unlike other more bulky pedal guards on the market.
X8R's pedal guard system can be installed in a matter of seconds...
Step One Remove the top from the base of the pedal guard and hook under the pedals.Place the shackleless lock over the top and lock into place.
Step Two Fit the two exterior stickers.They can be fitted anywhere you like, but we highly recommend sticking them in the corner of your windows.All stickers provided in the kit (the 2 x exterior and 1 x pedal guard stickers) are highly reflective so will warn off potential thieves.
We recommend applying grease to the tight bend on the nylon bush.
