SUGGESTED USE

Sprinkle this blend into the wok along with meat and vegetables, mix with yogurt or oil to make a spicy marinade for chicken, meat and fish. Sprinkle a little over freshly made popcorn and potato crisps for a spicy savoury twist, or add a little to a breadcrumb coating for chicken or fish to bring the flavours of Thailand to the table? Use to make spicy dips and sprinkle on to potato wedges to make Thai wedges. The blend is lovely sprinkled on to sweet potatoes with a drizzle of oil prior to baking in the oven.
