Handmade Welsh Quartz Crystal Necklace with Silver Beads. This nature inspired choker is lightweight, durable and adjustable and has been lovingly crafted for those who appreciate unique, high-quality accessories - created by Earthwoven, a small independent business from Snowdonia, North Wales. Healing Properties Quartz is known as a "master healer," and is believed to amplify energy, promote healing, enhance spiritual growth, and clear the mind. Material The waxed cord used to create this necklace is durable and safe to take into water. I also use silver/silver plated beads and a foraged quartz stone. Closure The closure on this necklace includes a macrame sliding clasp so it can be adjusted to suit you. Care Instructions The entire necklace and its materials are waterproof. Softening of the necklace may occur with use in water, but be assured it will be no less durable. If you prefer a firmer necklace it is reccomended to take off before entering water. The beads are made from silver/are silver plated. Over time the metal may become oxidised by humidity or chemicals (i.e., perfumes and chlorinated water) and lose its distinct shine. To avoid this store away from excess moisture and chemicals. Too late? Don't worry! To make them shine again: 1. sprinkle salt on half a lemon and rub it onto the brass accents of your jewellery (alternatively: smear on toothpaste and rub it with an old toothbrush). 2. Rinse with water and dry. 3. All done! Your jewellery will shine like new again :) Packaging We like to minimise waste and plastic use as much as possible, so your jewellery piece will arrive in a recycled cardboard box with natural shredded paper and a string fastening. Maybe even a little sweetie too if you're lucky! ;) Safety Information 1. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep jewellery out of reach of small children. 2.
