•When charging both RT5066 transmitter and receiver, they will pair automatically and LED will stays on blue
•If the led of transmitter flashes, please press the button of the transmitter untill LED off. Then press until on, they will pair automatically
•If the led of receiver flashes, please press the button of both transmitter and receiver untill LED off. Then turn them on so they will pair automatically

•Can RT5066 work with any kind of subwoofer/rear speaker/amplifier/passive speaker?Sorry, it is not suggested to use with RT5066 directly. As subwoofer/rear speaker/amplifier/passive speaker need high power, there might be a noise or sound distortion when in use
•As for the RT5066 wireless audio adapter, does it support the connection of external receivers and transmitters?The RT5066 Bluetooth receiver and transmitter use a one-to-one exclusive binding mechanism, which can effectively avoid misconnection with other Bluetooth products and make the connection more stable.
•How can RT5066 work with amplifier/subwoofer/passive speaker?Two ways:1. TV/PC -- RT5066 Transmitter; RT5066 Receiver -- Amplifier -- Passive Speaker (perfect)2. TV/PC -- Amplifier -- RT5066 Transmitter; RT5066 Receiver -- Active speaker (Low volume. You will need to adjust the volume of the TV or amplifier)
•Why the LED is not on?Please kindly change a charger and try again.If it is still not working, please contact for a free replacement
•Why the wireless distance can not reach to 100m?The working distance will be affected by router/obstacles.RT5066 can reach 100m wireless distance without obstacle and 12m cross wall.Please stay away from Wifi router as it might affcet the range.
