The Company will refund or replace at no extra cost any products damaged before or on delivery, providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 7 days of receipt of any such damaged goods.

(b) We will replace at no extra cost any products which have been lost in transit providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 3 days of us receiving your order or the delivery date of the products, whichever shall be the later.

(c) Cancellation

The buyer has the right to a fourteen-day cooling off period, commencing the day after goods are received, in which to cancel their order for whatever reason.Should the customer choose to exercise these rights they must return any goods supplied to them.

Before goods are returned, you must contact us to obtain a Goods Return Form, which must be completed and returned to us before an Authorisation Number will be issued.No goods will be accepted unless an authorisation number has been issued by Ezheat.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer.The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us.Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender.If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is not refundable.We guarantee against any defective products.Replacement or full refund (not including shipping and handling) will be issued for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented product within fifteen days.Warranty period are as per the item manufacturers terms and conditions.A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
