Can use this punching bag without the suction cups?
Freestanding punching bag works on even and smooth floors. Once you load up the base with sand it will sit firm, and probably, need to put some heavy thing on the base to ensure stability for strong kicks or punches.
How much sand can the base load? And how to fill?
180-210 lbs, multi-purpose or placy sand, or beach sand. Decide where to put the punching bag before filling sand in the base can save hassles to move, and then use something like funnel or water bottle mouth to fill the sand.
How to move whole punch bag once assembled？
Insert something thin and hard (such as game cards, ruler, bank card, etc.) into a suction cup to dissipate suction, then one by one. Do not pull hard in case of harmful suction cups.
Only receive one parcel(only the bag or the stand)?
Due to large size, this item shipped in 2 separate packing boxes, the boxes will be shipped out on the same time, but sometimes delviery company may deliver the parcels on different days. Any inquires or product issue found, please drop us an email.
