Our 8 litre closed glass jar terrarium kit is perfect for creating your own medium sized closed terrarium and the size is perfectly suited to any spot in the home. The wide neck enables easy access and the straight sides give a clean look to the terrarium. Available with living moss and plants to give a real lush forest feel.
Our closed terrarium kits contain all the tools, soil, gravel, stones and charcoal you need. Suitable plants are also available as an option.
Popular in Victorian times, traditional enclosed terrariums are back in fashion in a big way owing to the resurging popularity of indoor plants and readily available information on maintaining a happy terrarium.
Our closed terrariums are self-sufficient and fairly maintenance free. When you have created your plant terrarium, the micro-ecosystem will maintain itself, so you generally do not have to add water. Just relax and watch your mini garden terrarium change, grow and evolve over time.
