Quality of work：Keeps sticking on dry & won't switch off
Performance：When it working properly Great. Bit doesn't work properly at all. Will be requesting a replacement
Customer service has been excellent. Replacement is on its way
Thus seems to be a batch issue for them not that the steamer is useless.
