•Why is my device not connecting to the Wi-Fi?Try a power recycle on your router and Alexa device.Simply turn off the devices, wait for 30 seconds and turn them back on.Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4G and away from any interference.Please see the manual guide for more information.
•Why is the device 2.4GHz and not 5Ghz?2.4 GHz offers a wider coverage and is the perfect solution for multi-room WIFI usage.Despite 5 GHz higher transfer speed, its lower frequencies can’t penetrate solid objects such as walls, therefore it is suited to lower coverage areas.
•Why is our device not connecting to our broadband?Upgraded your broadband recently, or added additional booster features?Please contact your broadband provider who will be able to troubleshoot connection issues.Please also check the band of your WIFI, we recommend 2.4 GHz to support the device.
