Product description
This series by Scottish artist Ian Boyter features six of the historic Fife harbours: St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Cellardyke, Crail, and St Andrews. Each piece originated with Ian’s black pen line drawing, created in the 1970s, and printed on A4 cartridge paper (295mm x 220mm). These have recently been hand-finished with unique watercolour washes. Since each wash is applied individually, every artwork is a one-of-a-kind original with subtle variations.
Inspired by Ian’s childhood in St Andrews and his ongoing connection to the East Neuk of Fife, the series captures the charm of these coastal towns and their picturesque fishing harbours.
Each artwork is available individually through the TikTok store, or as a set of six prints.
