1.There are two main situations in which our faucet leaking:

A.The faucet water pipe leaking, the rubber ring inside the water pipe may be broken.When you receive our products, firstly check if the water pipe rubber ring is normal.

B.The base leaking.It may be that the consumer uses the tape to fix the water outlet pipe during the installation process.We recommend not using tape and put cold water pipe to the faucet ,there will be no water leakage.

2.If it is found that it is not heated or used for a period of time, the faucet does not heat up, in fact, our protective device is working.There is a reset device under the base, which is also introduced in the manual.Reset the protection button to see if the faucet is working properly.

3.We recommend that if consumers do not use our electric faucet in the morning or for a long time, we recommend to pass cold water first, then heat it after a period of time, because it can discharge the air of the water pipe to prevent
