How to Use:
•Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, ideally using the Icy Bear Diamond Dust Whitening Toothpaste, then dry using a clean towel. Drying is important to ensure that the strips stick to your teeth.
•Hold the colour shade guide up to your teeth and make a note of your starting shade. Peel off the cover from the plastic tray and take one of the U-wrap strips out of the tray.
•Insert your upper teeth into the strip and then repeat for the lower teeth. The strips should feel snug around your teeth. Leave the strips in place for 30-60 minutes for best results.
•We recommend to apply the strips once a day, for 7 consecutive days, At the end of your 7 day treatment, use your shade guide to see your new whiter shade.
