Very disappointed 2 cups smashed straws all broken glass everywhere in the damaged box

Product description said they come with lids, no lids received in the package plus one of the bows on straws was broken I half. Absolutely gutted

Not impressed orders 4 of these 1 was cracked and 3 straws were broken snapped I'm bits and all bows hanging off will be sending proof to tiktok . Other than this they are very cute,p delivery took around 2 weeks

Received my order pictures show them with lids but they don't have the lids in the package and 1 off the straws is broken

I love them they are defo what i wanted and expected thank you
