If your product is damaged or has any discrepancies, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Kindly provide clear photos of the product as evidence. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
You can find your tracking number in the order portal or through a message sent by the carrier once your parcel is out for delivery.
The carrier will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. If they cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and you will receive a full refund for the product.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for any issues caused by an incorrect address provided during checkout.
