Very sceptical due to the way the bottle looked (photo attached) but I started using this about 3 weeks ago and I'll be honest took 2 weeks to notice but others have said I look bigger and have noticed increased lifts. Side effects really dry mouth, bit of bloating. Don't forget your milk thistle.
