Kenkor Stylus Pen Cautions When the stylus does not work in some iPad apps, please do the following checks: A. Both finger and stylus do not work.
1.Please check the settings of the app.
For example:
If you find that your stylus can't write in Memo, please turn on "Draw with finger" botton in the app.
If you find that your stylus cannot write in Notability, please select "Apple pencil: Disconnect" in the app.
B. Finger works, stylus does not.
1. Confirm that the device is compatible.
2. Try to replace the replacement tip.
3. If it still doesn't work, please let us know and we will reply to you ASAP.
Note: It does not support MPP systems.
There are also tablets that come with specific designated pens, and electromagnetic screens are not supported.
If the original pen is connected or the writing settings of the tablet software are incorrect, the situation will be reversed and unable to write.

Warming Tips
1. The stylus does not support palm rejection, please make sure your hand off the screen when using it.
2. This iPad Pen does not need Bluetooth connection. Just double touch the top to turn it on and it’s ready to go.
3. You cannot use the pen when the battery is low. Please charge it before use.
4. When using a glass screen protector, the pen may have difficulty responding to the phone due to the thickness difference. *We recommend a protective film of 3 mm or less.
